Could be maintained better but helpful people for when my friend was being buried.

Do not purchase anything at this cemetery, especially if you are military. My Father In Law was a Navy Vet and had vaults in the Mausoleum. The cemetery (Dignity Inc.) refused to let us have a military niche marker placed on his vault and instead are requiring us to purchase their marker for $1000! Also when (In) Dignity purchased the cemetery they double the price to open the vault to over $2000! $2100 to remove 4 fasteners! This company is a disgrace and the shining example of corporate greed! Don't even get me started on the guy we dealt with in the office.... Totally incompetent... He had to ask his supervisor why we couldn't have the military niche on the vault. Their excuse us they want consistency on the vaults... However if you look at the vaults they have markers of all shapes and sizes and with varying content. They just use the death of your loved one as leverage to make more money!

I wish you could give ZERO stars. These people are completely incompetent. It has been 8 months and still no marker for my father. They "forgot" to order it. We only found out when we went to visit the site - we could not find him! They didn't even put up a temporary marker. That's how we found out they had never ordered it. This should not be this complicated. You better off going someplace else. Not to mention no apologies from anyone there.

I have been going and visiting and putting flowers on my fathers grave since 1989. I have loved going... now with the new ownership it pitiful! I have requested numerous times after I visited to bring flowers and everything was gone! They take the time to throw away every since flower and momentum but not email or call or notify, which I might add, I asked... and supposedly the manager of the cemetery to do. I put flowers out with an expensive lantern, all within the urn! I get there and all gone.. thrown away light it was nothing.... they have no human side to them.. they have no compassion..... I am sure if people had known that this cemetery would have been sold to someone like this they would have never every buried their loved ones here... NO more of mine will be!

Ever since Dignity took over, what a dump this place has become. This used to be the place everyone wanted their deceased family to be. Now if it did not cost so much, 90% would have their loved ones moved. You would think this was a state ran cemetery. So sad.
