Love the homey feel of this dental office and how friendly the doctors and staff are. Won't get my dental care anywhere else:)
Dr. Pfab is amazing. I've never liked going to dentists, but Pfabulous Gentle Dentistry has set me completely at ease. Now I compare the dentist to a massage! Gentle is an understatement. I have never had better service, better quality, and better care at a more fair price. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care again.
The one thing that was consistent with Dr. Raika and my time at this practice was that I always felt rushed when I had an appointment and she wouldn't finish the job completely with her always telling me to come back after I try seeing how the "area feels". I have never had this experience with any other dentist as other dentists make sure their work is complete at the time of service.
The staff and Dr. Raika are very nice, but I had many issues with a filling being overfilled and reporting it several times to Dr. Raika. Dr. Raika kept telling me to see "how it feels" and to keep coming back when I told her the filling was overfilled. Needless to say, the third time I went in, she proceeded to tell me that because she had overfilled the filling that I now have a cracked tooth and would need a crown.
I am beyond angry as I don't understand why she didn't listen to me when I was in her chair asking for it to be fixed the first time, or even the second time, and that she had overfilled the filling. Not only do I have more damage that needs to be fixed due to this issue, but this issue will ultimately cost a lot of money to fix and require more of my personal time.
Never had a better Dentist. I didn't know if I would like being treated by a woman for dentistry but it is great. Very gentle, caring, skilled. The name of this practice says it all. I will be recommending Dr. Ana Raika to everyone I know.
Everyone at this Dentistry is awesome. From the front desk receptionist, to the dentists. I was always anxious about going to the dentist but Dr. Reika is super.
