They did a fantastic job. The flowers for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding were absolutely beautiful and the flowers fit perfectly with the background. They were on time delivering. I would use them again. Thank you to Judy and your team for doing an outstanding job.

If you are looking for a florist in the Chesterfield, VA area; Petals and Bows Florist will treat you with compassion, kindness, honesty, and a quality product. I do not usually write reviews, but I don't usually receive the superior customer service like I did with Judy and this business.
I live 2 hours away from my sister so I decided to order flowers for her. What was delivered and what I ordered look NOTHING alike and I am hugely disappointed. I paid almost $100 for something that looks like it's worth $50.
This florist is GREAT! Everyone there from the owner to the counter person to the helpers in the back all care about the customer. I recently had an order filled there for my wedding anniversary and the arrangement they made was very reasonable and it looked fantastic. The flowers actually lasted WEEKS not days (like most). I had a great experience with these folks and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
After reading the three other 5 star reviews for this florist, I decided to take a chance and call this business for assistance. Google reviews really are very helpful. I was greeted on the phone by Judy, who I am convinced, is one of the nicest ladies I have ever done business with. Judy sincerely listened to my needs and the reasons why I wanted to send an arrangement to my dear friend who lives 8 hours away. She helped me pick out a beautiful Azalea plant, she knew just what to say on the card when I was at a loss for words, and promised it would be delivered same day by 3 pm (and it was). My friend called me and told me how beautiful the plants is and how sweet and nice the person was who delivered it (I can only assume it was Judy herself).
