Kevin was very knowledgable and took time to see what I was looking for and made suggestions. He never try to pressure me and was very patient answering all of my questions. I also had contact with WuDu who was amazing and willing to work with me on delivery times, etc. Both sales reps make customer satisfaction their goal and it's most appreciated. Word of mouth advertising is cheap and most effective and I certainly would recommend Mattress Warehouse of Chesterfield/Hancock.
Prior to visiting the Hancock Village location, I had already made up my mind that I was going to purchase a mattress and box spring for my daughter from another retailer. After talking to Wudu for 5 minutes, I changed my mind. He was very personable, knowledgeable about mattresses and expressed interest in delivering up a satisfied customer and not just trying to satisfy a sales quota. Kevin was a great salesperson to work with. He showed us what we wanted to see, but it was not what we purchased. He had our best interest in mind and took the time to talk with us and not sell us on something we didn't need. I would recommend anyone go here to find a mattress. They took care of us and had a low pressure approach to selling us a mattress. He was upfront and with no gimmicks and a professional approach helped us find what we were looking for.
