Stopped for lunch and it was very busy. We were seated and greeted by our waitress promptly. She took our drink orders while we looked at the menu. When our drinks and bread arrived we ordered the Wild West Shrimp appetizer, my husband ordered the Kobe Steak Melt Sandwich and I ordered the Napa Grilled Chicken. The appetizer took longer than expected to arrive, however, when the shrimp arrived they were piping hot in a generous portion, well seasoned and tasty. The manager came by to apologize for the delay due to the high volume and said the appetizer was on him! The entrees came in a timely fashion and my chicken was tender with a nice sauce accompanied by artichoke hearts, mushrooms and oven roasted tomatoes with a side of steamed broccoli. My husband's sandwich was substantial in size, but needed more meat to balance the bread. The service and experience was excellent and we will definitely return.
Wait Staff was terrific. Food was delicious. The only reason I'm giving the steak house a three is my steak was full of fat and gristle. For a twenty five dollar steak you should get a good steak. I was able to eat half of it. I don't want anyone to think the restaurant was nothing but top shelf. It's a five star place to eat. Just order a thirty dollar steak and hopefully it will be worth eating.
The food was awesome! On top of that we had a great waiter (Mike) who made the dining experience even better!! I will definitely be going back for more! I had salmon which was cooked perfectly. My mother had chili which she stated was very good. My Father had steak which he reported as being very tender. Overall great first experience.
Came in around 7 pm on a Thursday. Was a wonderful experience all around! Food tasted hot and fresh and had a wonderful server named Candice who made sure we constantly had everything we need. Met some other great servers, whom were very polite. Manager was a very nice fella as well. Don't see how the other reviews that were less than 5 stars could have occurred, my wife and (small) kids had a great evening. 7/20/2017... Wish I could rate with 6 stars.
I was very disappointed at the Chesterfield, VA location for my birthday dinner last night. I thought waiting over a hour to be seated would have been the worst part since it was a large group. However, the wait was great compared to the service some of us received. We had two waiters, Jessica and Luis. Luis was the waiter for my side of the table. He was not attentive at all. When he first came to the table, we told him we was ready to order our food along with our drinks. He immediately forgot and we had to remind. Then, when he came back after receiving our drinks, he vanished and couldn't locate him to order another drink. Jessica took the order and he brought it out and took off again. We had to keep asking Jessica for assistance even though she was doing a great job servicing her side of the table. Eventually, we spoke with the manager on duty because he was not getting the things we needed. Our salads came out after half if the table received their entrees. My food is one of the last to come to the table and it was horrible. I literally waited for about 10 minutes to receive paper napkins to spit my food out. It was not good at all and I didn't even bother to order something else as we have been sitting for over a hour. I chose to come here for my birthday dinner with my family and I did not even eat dinner. This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant and the manager didn't even bother to come to our table or acknowledge the lack of service. Very disappointing.
