Justin is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. He is not afraid to get deep into my muscles and knots. He is very professional. Makes me comfortable and is easy to talk to. The facility is always clean and everyone is always nice to me and helpful.
I went with my daughter because we saw that they had a $50 introductory rate so we got a couple's massage. As it turns out, the introductory rate doesn't apply for couple's massages, even though the only difference was that we were in the same room, so we ended up paying 200 dollars. The mssages themselves were awful, my masuesse had no pressure whatsoever, she basically rubbed my whole body with oil but never actually did any massaging.
Paid for a hour long massage – massage only lasted 40 minutes – when I question them upfront lady said that that is standard procedure. Had a coupon for 4995 but apparently that was only for new customers and I have been there for a facial three years ago – $90 for 40 minutes is too expensive! Massage was so so – lady never even touched my neck and left the hot towel for me on the counter Instead of using it on my back – I won’t be returning!

I have been going here since this location opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are great. Kelly is definitely my favorite but I have never had a bad experience with any of them. And for the price, it can't be beat. I love that I can save my service each month and then transfer them to my family and friends for only $10. It makes a great Mother's Day when my mom, sister and I can all go together. Highly recommend Hand and Stone at Hankock Village!
