Booking the appointment was easy and the lady on the phone was friendly. However, I went for my appointment on time and the lady rushed me through. Hair cut took less then 10 minutes. My hair was very chopping and I went in to have it fix. I only walked out with uneven bangs. Very disappointed. Especially since I went in on Thanksgiving. Will never come here again. Waste of my money.

I've been going here for years, and my only complaint is that the woman on the phone is always extremely rude and snippy whenever I'm tyring to schedule an appointment. Otherwise it's a nice place.
