Yeah the waitress, got order wrong I've tried 2 times to eat here 4 months apart, they can't keep staff that has even remote sense... Manager gives lip service as to the issue jokes well at least some of the order was correct... Really 3 item and ya get 2 out of 3 right that's an 'F' and the 2 correct were the same... Plastic silverware for a salad adds to the ambiance! This place is a fail and deserves to finally go out of business...
My husband and I went because we had never eaten here before. The service was fast! We both got the same burger(bacon,cheddar)w/ fries and a milkshake. It was great! They also have endless fries which means when you run out of French fries you get free refills. I would recommend anyone to go here!
They are over priced.
My second visit in the Hancock shopping center At 12pm I dropped my daughter off at sewing class and decided that Johnny Rocket might be a great place to eat after class. So I Waited for my daughter class to end and wondered why would Johnny Rocket in the Hancock village be empty all the time. Well now I know why. They have specials posted all around the store but those specials don't seem to apply to your meal. The. Place is empty because it's over priced $30.00 for two cheeseburger meals.
Well guess what I eat at wegmans pub all the time.

The staff was friendly. They have good food. Service is fast. Restaurant was in good condition. Clean. A few dinosaurs in the bathroom. Bouncy seats are fun. Tasty desserts. Fun decor. Pull up a seat and enjoy a taste from your past. Unless your past didn't include eating burgers. I'm which case, I feel sorry for you because burgers are delicious. Seriously. Really good.

The servers were literally seen getting high in their car or sitting outside smoking cigarettes. i had a server named hayle who was high on pot and gave me the worst service ive ever had. Honestly a very unkempt establishment with terrible service. Even the food was trash not worth the inflated prices.
The latest visit in August 2017, the waitress was actually ok this time... However the place has flies that we're buzzing around my head, food was good. Prices have gone up a lot, I just don't really see the viability for this place as Red Robin is nearby in Chesterfield town center and is always beyond perfect... So I'll leave it at a 1 star, because it's definitely a hit or miss spot.
