The price was about right, good portion size for the price, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The cucumber salad was sour, the fruit salad unimpressive. Arrived on a weekend afternoon, no other customers there, but trash and debris was on at least 5 tables. When food came out, I was still the only customer there, but the server circled the restaurant, and past me, at least four times parading my food around. Handful of potato chips has the feeling of a hot dog stand and not a slightly sophisticated restaurant. I do not see a reason to return.
It was excellent...I messed up and my on line order was to a different location...I'm assuming the Manager (grey chef jacket) got on the phone with the other restaurant and fixed my mistake, gave me a drink cup and told me to fill it up while they got right to making my order. This guy is an absolute perfect example of Customer service at its best. This place already had great food , atmosphere, and good employees..Now it has one of the best damn managers I've seen..I listened to him interacting with the cook staff and he was getting it done with them..Everyone one of the staff I dealt with checking out and so forth where on point also. A big THANK YOU to Hancock Village Tazikis!
Both dine in and take out options for good Mediterranean food. For take out, place orders ahead or plan to wait. Food is prepared fresh and worth the wait.
I found this place because I went to Chick-Fil-A forgetting it was a Sunday but probably the best thing that could have happened I eat her once or twice a week, the prices are very fair and wonderful with great portions. Majority of the staff are very friendly especially the cooks. I love how fresh my food taste each and every time and the tea is made just right. It's a little of a drive for me but worth coming to.
I had the trio hummus and the taziki dip with Pita. It was the best hummus I've ever had!! The pesto in one of the 3 was also the best pesto I've ever had. It was the perfect combination. My mom had the Mediterranean salad with chicken. She also LOVED it!! We can't wait to go back. I'm definitely going to become a regular!! One last thing, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and all around AWESOME!!!
