I love Tropical Smoothie! I'm usually here a minimum of once a week. For the most part they all do a great job with the smoothies and food. Candy is usually there whenever I go; she makes the best Bahama Mama's (any smoothie she makes is always great) and she's quick, efficient and always willing to help if I'm undecided. Overall great customer service. They have a loyal customer in me!
If been here o several occasions, the food is good the wait isn't long, and the bathrooms are clean.
Great quick healthy food...staff is usually very good...overall a favorite if I'm in a hurry & cant stomach fast food!
Just went to get a delicious smoothie and walked out empty handed. I walked in, the door chime goes off, the personnel looked at me from the back while he was stuffing his face and just dissappears. I patiently looked at the menu and concluded I wanted a Blimey Limey. And I wait.... I waited some more and then I left. Franchisee owners, monitor you businesses and train your people correctly. This failure is on you. My relationship with tropical smoothie is tarnished and finished.
